What's the difference between DV and OV certificates?
Domain Validation (DV) confirms you control the domain and is issued automatically in minutes — perfect for most sites. Organisation Validation (OV) adds vetting of your registered business, which takes longer but shows your company details in the certificate. Our RapidSSL and GeoTrust QuickSSL Premium certificates are DV, so you're secured fast.
What is a wildcard certificate?
A wildcard certificate secures a domain and all of its same-level subdomains with one certificate — issued to *.yourdomain.com. So shop.yourdomain.com, mail.yourdomain.com and blog.yourdomain.com are all covered without buying separate certificates.
How is the certificate installed?
Our team installs and configures your certificate on your cPanel hosting for you, including the HTTPS redirect — no technical work on your side. If you host elsewhere, we'll supply the certificate files and clear installation guidance.
Do I still need SSL if hosting includes free SSL?
